This error occurs when memory or the number of handles allocated to GDI (Graphic Device Interface) is too low or the graphic output complexity (e.g., the number of pages on a report) is too high. Split large reports into smaller parts or allocate a higher number of memory handles to GDI in the Windows Registry.
